It's our dream to create a warm and welcoming home for all. A safe place to journey into the wild of you; to have fun (who says play-dates are just for kids?) and celebrate lifelong wellness; and to find joy in community.

We decided last year that instead of opening one studio, that we would tap into the resources already available to us in our community and share space with others. Hence, we bring you yoga...ON THE FLY!

On Martha's Vineyard:

We are proud to share space with Rise Vineyard Performing Arts Dance School and Island Co-housing Common House (Co-Ho Yoga).

Rise Vineyard Performing Arts is located in Woodland Business Center off State Road in Vineyard Haven. As you leave Vineyard Haven town towards West Tisbury, Woodland Business Center is directly after Eden Garden Center, before the Black Dog bakery. Rise VPA is two doors down from Humphrey's Bakery.

The Yoga Collective @coho is located off Stoney Hill Road, off State Road in West Tisbury. As you pass the West Tisbury Town sign off State Road, take a left onto Stoney Hill Rd. Vear Left onto Red Arrow Road (towards South mountain Building Company), and then an immediate right onto Rock Pond Road. This will take you directly to the TYC@coho studio.

The Yard is located in Chilmark, on Middle Road, just a bit down from Beetlebung Corner.

In California:

In addition to our classes on MV, we also offer yoga in Southern California during the winter months and various workshops throughout the year. We are happy to collaborate with the Ojai Valley Athletic Club, The Yoga Den and Health Spa, Sacred Space Studios and the great outdoors to bring you FLY Yoga classes.
