Until we open our new studio, yoga and fitness group classes are still at RISE Vineyard Performing Arts, in Woodland Business Center, Vineyard Haven, Martha's Vineyard,

Classes are $16/drop-in or $140/10 class pass.

FLYfusion
A 60 minute barefooted high-energy fitness challenge that takes you through a series of yoga postures, strength training with free weights, balancing exercises, jumps and functional movements, all while grooving out to great music from around the globe. Fun for all fitness levels.
Yoga Flow
Asana that emphasizes finding the balance between the active solar energy and the more receptive lunar energy within us all. Using the rhythm of our own breath to guide us through flowing postures series, we tap into our own bodies and minds to have fun with and challenge our selves from the inside out. This class is 90 minutes. All levels of practice welcome.
FLYcore Yoga
Everyone might be a candle, but not everyone is lit! 60 minutes devoted to our core! Class begins with 5 minutes of focused pranayama, followed by 15 minutes of heat generating sun salutations. The next 40 minutes are dedicated to a no-fooling around get into your core sequence guaranteed to make you ignite the internal flame.
Mamaste: Prenatal Yoga
A 60 minute series of safe and effective postures, pranayama (breath work), stretching and toning that relieve common discomforts of pregnancy, support the changes in your body and best prepare you for labor. This is the space to share your experiences with other moms-to-be, release and relax your body and mind, connect with your unborn child, learn to trust your own instincts so that you may be informed and empowered throughout your childbearing year and beyond.
BRO-ga- coming soon!
FLY signature class designed for male body and mind! Benefits of yoga without the intimidation. 60 minutes to deepen your flexibility and build your strength through a series of drills using your own body weight. We will target those typically tight areas (hamstrings, hips, low back) in supported yoga poses while building muscle and power in the arms, legs and core, all while calming the mind.
willPower & grace-coming soon!
Designed by fitness master Stacey Lei Krauss, this is the mindful, energetic cardiovascular class that you have been searching for. willPower & grace is a cardio mosaic of postures, drills and principles. Leave your shoes at home… this class integrates barefoot training methods to help strengthen your feet and correct imbalances in your ankles, knees and hips. In time you will stand taller, walk with greater confidence and move with integrity.
Yoga Slow- coming soon!
Deepen your yoga practice with this slower paced class that emphasizes postural alignment and holding for several minutes, so to fully receive the benefits of each posture. Each class will begin and end with techniques and breath work to foster deep relaxation.
Family Yoga- coming soon!
A fun way to bring the family together! Adults and children of all ages will come together to explore yoga through games, storytelling and partner exercises. This class is a donation based community class.
mamaste: Baby & me
Find those abs again! Have fun toning and stretching your muscles while enjoying the company of your baby and other new moms. This 60 minute class emphasizes alleviating some common discomforts of new motherhood while toning the body after pregnancy. Diaper changing, feeding and cooing welcome! Moms-to-be always welcome to join in too.
